Smartphones with the Longest Lasting Battery
With the rapidly increasing
processor sizes and expanding high definition display screens, smartphones need
more power. Similarly the large number of apps also affect battery life. Some
of the smartphones which have the longest battery life are listed below.
1.
Huawei Ascend Mate:-
In terms of battery life, this Smartphone
is at the top in terms of battery time Vs specs of the phone. Its 4050mAh
battery lasts for 48 hours in normal use. In terms of talk time, it would keep
you connected for 28 hours of 3G usage. Its specs feature include a 6.1”
Gorilla Glass protected HD display, a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of
RAM. This Smartphone is also impressive in appearance and can compete with any
other of its kind.
2.
Motorola Droid Max:-
This latest cool device of Motorola is
second on the list. Its 3500mAh battery can keep running for 48 hours of mixed
usage. With its 5 inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass screen and 720x1280pixel resolution,
it looks great. All chores are performed by an eight core Motorola X8 mobile
computing system supported by a 2GB RAM.
With a 3100mAh battery, it can run for 35
hours of talk time. It has a 5.5” HD super AMOLED screen and a 1.6GHz quad-core
processor. Its battery would support these specs features and also see you
through your day of game and music.

Salora Powermaxx Z1:-
It comes from company named Salora
international based in India. This phone is packed with a 3200mAh battery of 3G
which has a talk time of 22 hours. It looks good but its specs features do not
come to today’s standards. It has a 1GHz Dual Core 40nm Processor, 4.5” LCD
screen with resolution of 540x960 and a 512MB RAM.

16 hours. Has a 4.3” super AMOLED display with a 1.2 GHz dual core processor.

The most anticipated unreleased Apple product is the health-sensing,fitness tracking smartwatch known as the iWatch. We’ve seen a lot of evidence that Apple is working on a new wearable device, but none of it is more telling than its recent string of medical and fitness expert hires. The so-called iWatch team is a mixture of high-profile experts from various fields, including doctors, scientists, fashion experts, fitness gurus and engineers with backgrounds in medical devices.
Here’s a list of the most notable hires.
- Kevin Lynch: former Adobe CTO, directing Apple’s software engineering group for wearable products
- Jay Blahnik: worked with Nike on the FuelBand, renowned fitness expert
- Roy Raymann: former Philips scientist, sleep and activity monitoring expert
- Paul Deneve: former Yves Saint Laurent CEO, fashion expert with experience in selling high-end goods

And earlier in January, two experts in mobile medical technologies joined the iWatch hardware team, fueling speculation that Apple’s wearable device could read and analyze blood and glucose levels and monitor other health-critical data, such as heart rates and breathing. You have to believe that with a team like this, Apple has to be working on some kind of device that is capable of both tracking fitness activities and monitoring vital signs.
These health and fitness tracking features are said to work in conjunction with a new application in iOS 8 aptly named Healthbook which is similar to Passbook, the app will feature a stack of cards that each offer a fitness tracking or health data point.Apple is working hard on this project and "iwatch" is surely the product that people will look forward to in the future.

How to use Guest Mode feature on iPhone
Guest Mode is a useful feature in the iPhone. This tweak is created by a graduate student named Ian Burns. With this feature you can easily allow your kids to play games on your smartphone without accidentally calling someone, or let your friends control your music without lurking through your Facebook or Photos app.
GuestMode offers a fully customizable guest experience like none other. You can very easily enable it as the Guest Mode adds a dedicated menu to the Settings app with a main toggle switch for enabling it and you can configure the settings as well. There are many methods used to enter the Guest Mode from the main lock screen. That is tapping a guest button added to the pass code keypad, swiping to the left or right on the Lock screen, or assigning an Activator action or gesture. A passcode can also be set for guest mode. You can set the settings of the Guest mode. You can choose which apps to enable, and control access to the Camera, Control Center, Notification Center, Siri, Spotlight, Newsstand, phone dialer and app switcher.Even though guest mode enhances the privacy of your device, it is not complete solution because if the Photos app is enabled, a guest could still use the share sheet and gain partial access to Mail, Facebook, Twitter etc.In the Guest Mode blocked Apps will appear greyed out on the Home screen, while elements like Control Center and Notification Center are hidden entirely.Until Apple introduces some new security feature this Guest mode is the best way to protect your stuff from your kids and everyone else.So keep enjoying this tweak.
